Installation

Connecting the Motor and Slip Ring to the Drive Shaft

6) Apply Anti-Seize™ to the threads on the Drive Shaft. Thread the Jam Nut onto the end of the
Drive Shaft.

Step 6:
Apply Anti-Seize™ and
thread the Jam Nut onto

the Drive Shaft.

7) Route the Slip Ring Plug through the slot in the Retainer Disk. Wrap the Slip Ring Wire around
the top of the Retainer Disk and secure it to the disk with tie straps, refer to the image below.

Route the Slip Ring Plug
through the slot in the Step 8:

Route the Slip Ring Wire
through the center of the

8) Route the Slip Ring Plug Wire through the center of the Retainer Disk and Slip Ring, shown
above and below.

Step 9:
Slide the Slip Ring Shaft
over the Slip Ring Plug.

9) Slide the Slip Ring Shaft over the Slip Ring Plug Wire, shown in image above.
