Installation

Frame Assembly

Posi-Stops Installation
1) Locate the Posi-Stop mounting parts shown below.
2) Slide the spacer over the longer mount (below, right) and secure the two 3” Rubber Stop
Spacers to the posts as shown below.

3) Secure the Posi-Stop mount assemblies into place on both legs as shown below.

4) Locate the two Posi-Stops and the four white plastic sleeves shown below. Pinch the sleeve
together and slide it into the rubber stop. Slide the rubber stops onto the mounts.

5) Screw the “Down” Rubber Stop until the wheels center height is at 53” and verify that the
shock does not make contact with the Stop Block.
Note: Make sure that both arms make contact with the rubber stops.
