Installation

Mounting Distribution Manifold to Gyro Wrap Frame

Triple Foaming Pods: If you have purchased the Triple Foaming Pods, you will have received a
Distribution Manifold. See below for details on how and where to mount the Distribution Manifold
to the upper frame using the supplied fasteners (fasteners included in accessory box).
The following are locations that have been tested and deemed appropriate to mount the
Distribution Manifold. Details on each mounting location is covered on this page.
1. Upper frame between the oil reserviors on the entrance side of the frame (just below the welded area).
2. Upper frame between the oil reserviors on the entrance side of the frame (just above the welded area).
3. Optional Belanger Utility Trak (if your system has this option).
Location 1, stated above is the most desireable mounting location since it allows for a cleaner
looking machine. However, it can also be mounted above the welded area if preffered.

Location 2, stated above allows the use of only two of the mounting holes instead of all four.
Location 3, when placing the manifold on the Utility-Trak, it is best to secure it to the rung directly
above and centered left-to-right.

Upper Frame Preparation for Mounting Triple Foaming Pods
The upper frame of the Gyro Wrap will need to be drilled and tapped to mount the Distribution
Manifold. You will need a 10-24 Tap and a #25 drill bit. See details below.

Single Foaming Pods: If you have have purchaed the Single Pod system a Distribution Manifold
is not needed. The hoses will be Tee’d together.
