Utility Connections

Connections for DCC or Alternative Controller to Dual Panel

As noted earlier in the manual, the Dual Panel can be utilized in two different setups.
• One setup would allow you to run the standard triple foam when that package is selected.

• The second setup would allow you to bundle three separate packages within the whole foam
pod/dual panel system.
Within this setup you can fire a single foam package, a double foam package, or the triple foam
package. This will be based on the customer’s preference.

The 630 setting shown below is a spare.. This is to be used when the second setup is utilized and only to fire the
single foam package. It will fire chemical pump #1, ASCO valve #1(water), and solenoid valve #1(air). When wanting
to fire double foam only, use outputs 640 thru 644 only. If wanting to fire the triple foam package, use outputs 640
thru 644 and 630.
