Sudzer® FM Assembly
Installing the Sudzer® FM Nozzles
®
1) Locate the six Sudzer FM Nozzles, as shown below. Verify that the foam gaskets are on the
nozzles and lay one down in front of each opening in the Air Plenum.

Note: When installing the Sudzer FM nozzles confirm that the foam gaskets are on the nozzles so
a proper seal can be formed with the Air Plenum.

2) Locate the two 3/8” x 100’ poly-flow natural and black airlines these airlines will be used to
connect the Utility Manifold Fittings to the Nozzle Fittings.

for Compressed Air for Chemical Solution
3) From the supplied airlines cut 12 hoses (6 of each color). The table below specifies the
lengths to cut the hoses to route from the Utility Manifold to the Nozzle Outlet. Cut one natural
and one black hose for each length.
Note: Two 3/8” poly-flow airlines are needed per nozzle; the natural colored hose supplies the
chemical solution and the black hose supplies compressed air to the nozzle.

Note: Do NOT cut the hoses shorter than the specified lengths having slack in the hoses
will make it easier to initially connect them and to service them in the future.
