Installing the Sudzer FM Nozzles
7) After the chemical and air hoses have been connected to a Nozzle install the Nozzle into the
Air Plenum. Rotate the Nozzles to the left so that the keyed flange will fit into the keyed
opening in the Air Plenum, as shown below.

8) If the the Optional RGB LED Nozzles were purchased the electrical wires for the Nozzle LEDs
will need to be connected before the Nozzles are installed into the Air Plenum.

 Route the LED Harness Assembly from the Utility Mount Plate through the Air Plenum
align the six electrical plugs on the harness with each of the Nozzle Outlets in the Air
Plenum.
 Before connecting the quick connectors between the Wire Harness and the Nozzle
LED apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the receptor side of the connection.
 Connect the electrical plug from the Wire Harness into the electrical receptor on the
LED in the Nozzle, as shown below.
