Installing the Sudzer FM Nozzles

9) Insert the keyed flange on the nozzle into the pre-cut holes in the Air Plenum then rotate the
nozzle to the right to lock it into place. Verify that the centerline of the Nozzle’s tabs is parallel
to the centerline of the Air Plenum.
10) Repeat steps 6 through 9 to connect the remaining hoses and install the other five Sudzer®
FM Nozzles.
11) Reassemble the Utility Plate to the the Air Plenum.

12) Confirm that all six of the Sudzer® Nozzles have been installed such that the centerline of the
Nozzle’s tabs is parallel to the centerline of the Air Plenum, as shown below. If not, remove
the nozzle(s), realign and insert back into the Air Plenum.

Note: When the Sudzer FM Nozzles are secured in place the nozzle tabs should run parallel to the
centerline of the Air Plenum.
Note: The two outermost nozzles will be used to verify the Vehicle Clearance Height of 95-3/4” for
the Sudzer® FM when it is installed in the tunnel.
