Enhanced detailing – Walls
Properties for walls
The properties can be changed on the wall's information on each unique object and/or on the
type.
Instance Properties
Type Properties
Instance Parameters can be found in Properties, when an object is selected. It has properties
that apply only to the selected objects (object-based). Changes made to these
parameters affects only the selected objects.
It applies to information such as height, which varies from wall to wall.
Location Line:
Location of the base line in the wall.
Base Constraint/ -Offset:
Indicates on which Level the wall stands and
whether it is associated with an Offset relative to
the Level.
Top Constraint/ -Offset:
Specifies to which Level the wall's top is bound,
and whether it is shifted up or below this Level.
Structural Usage:
The wall's structural function. Choose between
four different typer
• Non-bearing
Non-load-bearing wall. (not copied with
over in the engineer's project)
• Bearing
Load bearing wall for vertical loads.
• Shear
Wall to the inclusion of displacement
forces, so horizontal loads.
• Structural Combined
Wall, who both can capture horizontal and
vertical loads
Identity Data:
Information on object level.
Phasing:
The ability to assign phases in construction.
