Material: pictures about Pasteur, cartons, crayons, glue, scissors, goat milk, saucepan
Place: classroom
Duration: 1 hour
Description of the activity:
At first, teachers place the images related to Pasteur and let the students describe them.
Then, preschoolers will learn about his work and prepare a general poster. Afterwards, they
will collect goat milk and boil it in a saucepan trying to understand the process of
pasteurization. Finally, they will assess this procedure by answering to teachers’ questions.
