        Title: “Eco Teams”

        General Purpose: Students will:
               1. Enhance the European Spirit
               2. Programming robots
        Specific objectives:Students will:
               1. Enrich their knowledge about partner countries (flag colors, famous sights, etc.);
               2. Guide beebot to find objects on the mat;
               3. Observe and describe objectives;
               4. Find the location of partner countries on the European map;
               5. Assess their work by creating the Project’s European Map.
        Methods and techniques: Observation, counting, programming, coding, oral expression,
        description, group assignment, assessment.
        Material: beebot, beebot mat, items of partner countries, online map.
        Place: classroom
        Duration: 1 hour

        Description of the activity: Teachers will gather items related to partner countries such as
        flags and pictures presenting sights or traditional food. Afterwards, adults will choose items
        relevant to one of the partner schools and place them on the beebot mat. Then they will ask
        students to describe the objectives displayed in front of them. The same process will
        repeatedly take place so as all the project countries are presented. Additionally, students will
        guide beebot to the spots trying to connect them. When students finish with this activity, the
        teachers will ask questions in order to help them remember specific information about each

        country. Finally, they will create the project’s map to evaluate their work, indicating the
        location of the partner schools.
