Because there are much fewer Sloughis
racing today, Wahid did not have the
opportunity his ancestors had of achieving
more than he has. But he loves to run, often
handled by his friend Michael Filippelli at

the start, and that is all that counts. We all
know how exceptional Wahid is.

Titles and awards:

#1 Sloughi in straight racing (LGRA) 2017,
2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021

Superior Gazehound Racing Champion 2,
(SGRC2, Large Gazehound Racing
Association)

Nubia Memorial Cup 2017 and 2018. The
trophy is now full of names and has been

retired at the end of 2018.
