classical physics, the following formulas are
used for a moving source (can be applied to
the movement of molecules) and a stationary
observer:

which at angles θ = ± π / 2 do not give
any transverse Doppler effect, since with
this value of the angle of the formula the
equations become equal:

The main purpose of a photon is to
make fluorine molecules move in space
more vigorously (rectilinearly according
to Euclidean geometry) and force them
to take a vertical position when deposited
on the surface (hydrophobic tail - non-polar
part, hydrophilic - polar part of the fluorinated
adsorption layer Surfactant).

parameters of the studied parameters . The
heat of dissociation of a fluorine nanofilm can
directly depend on the surface temperature
of the material due to a slight difference in
the specific heat of the molecular layer of the
substrate.
To obtain a mathematical model
of the law of radiation of a black body, a
‘‘universal constant‘‘h [5] is introduced,
which indicates that the radiation does not
propagate continuously, but in batches
(quanta) so that the energy of each portion
(quantum) is determined by the elementary

created where the energy of polarization and
dispersion interaction of surfactants in fluorine
compounds with the surface of materials,
including those from composite alloys, should
be insignificant, therefore, the surface energy
values can be calculated with high accuracy
based on existing methods. It is known that
the experimental determination of the affinity
of fluorine to an electron was first analyzed by
V.M. Dukelsky and N.I. Ion, which measured
the emission currents of positive and negative
ions emitted by a red-hot tungsten filament in
a molecular beam of potassium fluoride vapor.
The adhesion of organic substances is
enhanced if the liquid molecules, polymers are
polar and have a large number of chemically
active functional groups [6]. In this case, the
molecules of a liquid or organic substances
can attach at one end to the surface of a
solid substance, and at the other end with a
mass of liquid or polymer molecules (Fig. 2).
To test the release of specimen plates coated
with the Epilam SFK-05 composition TU2412-
002-13868195-2012, a two-component epoxy
adhesive was applied to the stop of the PosiTest
device (GosNITI Nanocenter, Moscow). Further,
by rotational movements from under the stop,
air was removed and excess glue was removed
from the sample surface with a cotton swab
[7]. To achieve maximum adhesion of the stop
of the PosiTest device to the surface of the test
plates, they were left for 7 days. After 7 days,
a cut was made around the stop along the
perimeter of its circumference, after which a
separation test was performed.
According to the results of tests on the
adhesion force of the stop-part of the adhesive
meter with polycarbonate plates coated with
Epilam SFK-05 composition at GOSNITI, the
following data were obtained:
- polycarbonate plate No. 1 - 0.49 MPa,
- polycarbonate plate No. 3 - 0.77 MPa.
The combination of factors for producing

a nanofilm on a surface allows one to regulate
(protect) from the action of external forces in such
a way that if external forces are applied to the
surface of the body, they acquire a tangentially
directed form tangential to this surface. The
ratio of the force to the area over which it acts
is called ‘‘stress‘‘[8], where the normal stress
under compressed pressure on the surface can
be determined by the formula:
σ = Fγ / Si,
where Fγ is the tangential force, and Si is the surface
area to which it is applied.
Note that the thermal conductivity of liquids
is usually several times higher than the thermal
conductivity of gases under normal conditions, but
ten (hundreds) times less than that of solids. An
exception is liquid metals, in which the thermal
conductivity is close to the thermal conductivity of
metallic solids, which is explained by the presence
of electronic thermal conductivity.

and mechanical effects on them, the compositions
(epilame) retain the ability to form a monomolecular
film with a uniform distribution of the molecules that
create the coating, demonstrating the validity of the
main law of the existence of matter which is from
chaos to order upon activation.
Under these conditions, the role of man is
reduced to controlling the thickness of the resulting
layer by changing the conditions for applying the
compositions and controlling the concentration of

between the two phases (the composition is a solid),
in addition to adsorption, which is mainly due to
physical interactions (mainly Van der Waals forces), a chemical reaction occurs when using
fluorine surfactants.
The processes that determine the temperature changes in the analyzed heterogeneous
structure are much more complex, since along with the methods of activation and creation of
a monomolecular nanofilm discussed above exponentiation and change in porosity (towards
uniformity), that is, the magnitude and type of interface and modification.
Ostwald ripening is neutralized by accelerating coalescence and lowering the level of
surface energy, which directly affects the wettability angle of deposited and developing moisture
drops and aggressive liquids on the surface. High adsorption ability at the liquid – solid interfaces
is determined by the adsorption rate of nanofilms, which is often described by the equation [9]:
α = 0,856.10-11 + 8,900.10-7 С.
This corresponds to a rectilinear dependence in the region of the Henry isotherm, i.e., the
initial stage in which the first adsorption layer is formed.
Taking into account the specific resistance of semiconductors over a wide range (from
10-4 to 109 Ohm • cm), some semiconductors (silicon carbide, selenium, tellurium, etc.)
change their electrical resistance with increasing voltage applied to them or under the influence
