                                                              J. Randal Pharr, Jr. currently serves as the Assistant Di-

                                                              Exercise Physiology – Mississippi College. Randal is cer-
                                                              tified in Exercise Physiology by the American College of
                                                              Sports Medicine, Strength and Conditioning by the Nation-
                                                              al Strength and Conditioning Association and Strength and     PRE-CONFERENCE SPEAKERS  ž

                                                              tioning Coach Association.

                                                              Randal’s passion for fitness and wellness can be tracked back
                                                              to his pre-professional days. Whether as an athlete back in
                                                              high school and college or in the kinesiology department,
                                                              fitness and wellness has played a vital role in forming who

          Steven has been employed with Hinds Community College
          since January 2017. He has held various positions including
          Associate Director of Student Housing and Residence Life;
          Director of  Student Housing  and Residence Life/Deputy
          Title IX Coordinator; and currently, Executive Director of
          Title III and Sponsored Grants. As Executive Director, Ste-
          ven is responsible for leading a large team (overseeing 25+
          programs/activities)  and  administering  over  15+  million
