J. Randal Pharr, Jr. currently serves as the Assistant Di-
rector of the Wellness Complex at Hinds Community Col-
lege on the Raymond Campus. He also currently serves as

Randal’s passion for fitness and wellness can be tracked back
to his pre-professional days. Whether as an athlete back in
high school and college or in the kinesiology department,
fitness and wellness has played a vital role in forming who

Title III and Sponsored Grants. As Executive Director, Ste-
ven is responsible for leading a large team (overseeing 25+
programs/activities) and administering over 15+ million
