B123 gives affection to one of her
three kittens. While the shorter,
summer coat of Eurasian lynx
tends to be more reddish or
brownish in colour, the winter
coat is likely to be greyer.
Unfortunately, three years after
this image was taken she was
found shot dead in a field.
