Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette

                                                                           Vegan
                                                                           Gluten-Free
This classic combination of honey, mustard, vinegar, and olive
oil flavors is what makes a vinaigrette so great. It’s a versatile
condiment to serve on salads or to use as a marinade for chicken
             and pork.

Ingredient Variations: There are so many great flavored oils and
vinegars. Try using them here. You may find fig-infused balsamic
vinegar or blood orange–infused extra-virgin olive oil. It’s fun and
easy to create new dressings using this simple formula.

¼ cup balsamic vinegar ¼ teaspoon freshly ground
             1 tablespoon honey black pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ¹⁄ cup extra-virgin olive oil
                                            ³
             ¼ teaspoon salt
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, mustard, salt,
and pepper. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream, whisking until
combined. Store the vinaigrette in an airtight container in the
refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
