Creamy Natural Peanut

                       After you make this homemade peanut butter and realize how
                       easy it is, you may not buy prepared peanut butter again. The
                       trick to making peanut butter is having a little patience. As the
                       peanuts puree, they will naturally release their oils to create a
                       creamy product.

                       Ingredient Variations: Try making other nut butters like cashew
                       butter and almond butter.

                       4 cups dry-roasted peanuts    1 tablespoon honey
                       1.  In a food processor, combine the peanuts and honey. Process for
                         2 to 3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally.
                       2.  Store the peanut butter in an airtight container in the refrigera-
                         tor for up to 1 month.

                       Makes about 2 cups. Prep time: 10 minutes.
