This fudgy sauce is great to have around for a quick dessert option.
Pour it over fresh strawberries or homemade ice cream, or stir it
into Greek yogurt for a quick treat.
Serving Tip: If making this sauce ahead or enjoying leftovers, the
sauce will need to be melted to serve. You can either zap it in the
microwave for 10 seconds or reheat it gently in a small saucepan.
16 ounces 70% bittersweet 2 tablespoons honey
chocolate, chopped 1 teaspoon pure
1 cup coconut milk vanilla extract
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate, coconut milk, and
honey. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring
constantly until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla.
2. Store the sauce in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator
for up to 2 weeks.
Makes 2 cups. Prep time: 5 minutes. Cooking time: 10 minutes. Total time: 15 minutes.
