               REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS





               Salary and wage Payments

               All employees are paid on a monthly basis. Each pay will include earnings for all work performed through the end of
               the previous payroll period.

               National Paints distribute salaries every 10  of the month. In the event that a regularly scheduled payday falls on a
               day off such as a weekend or holiday, employees will receive pay on the last day of work before the regularly scheduled
               payday.

               Employees may get their salaries directly deposited into their bank accounts if they provide advance written
               authorization to “National Paints. For newly joined Employees, you may approach the Accounting Department to
               provide options for opening your bank account.


               Timekeeping

               Face or fingerprint recognition timekeeping recording tool must be used by all employees to record entry and time of
               leaving. Accurate timekeeping is the responsibility of every employee. Time worked is all the time actually spent on
               the job performing assigned duties.

               Time keeping is also recordable for keeping track of employee’s punctuality, which is an input to their performance
               analysis.

               National Paints employees are required to have four record of Face or fingerprint recognition, for Entry time, break
               time (in- out) and leaving time. Failure to do so can lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination of
               employment.


               Benefits


               National Paints employee is entitled to benefits stated on the offer letter that was duly signed to commence the
               employment.


               Air Tickets

               Employees are eligible for a return ticket as mentioned in their offer letter. Air tickets are booked in-house depending
               on the country of origin; the company decides the value of the air tickets, upon which should there be an excess with
               the allotted amount of the air ticket, employee shoulders the cost.


               Medical Insurance

               The company provides medical insurance wherein half is paid by the company and the other half is paid by the
               employee on a monthly basis through salary deduction. Employees can approach the marketing department and submit
               the required documents.
