Don’t Sleep On A Full Stomach
It’s common knowledge that your digestive system uses 15% - 20% of your total energy. That makes you tired.
But if you are NOT eating all day, You’re NOT TIRED and have energy to spare – like Tigers & Roman soldiers.
If you eat ONLY before bedtime, your stomach has all the time & energy it needs and will be finished digesting
your food before you wake up. (See how smart Nature is.) You’ll wake up refreshed and ready for a GREAT
day – just like I do. Just like Lions & Tigers do, as Dr. Selby said and as our ancestors and ancient Romans did.
Nature over 400-Million Years was not wrong – only Sugar, Food, Gov’t & Health Authorities were wrong
I LOVE FOOD – so if I tried to eat in little servings throughout the day (like most nutritionists tell you to do) . . .
I CAN’T – I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO WILLPOWER WHATSOEVER – I’LL CLEAN MY PLATE . . . AND YOURS TOO . . .
