It’s The Easiest Thing You’ll Ever Do.
By the end of your Brain’s fabulous 10 day holiday, your Brain won’t want to
return from Nature’s Healthy Way, even though it was convinced it would
hate it. The Good News is: Mother Nature won’t mind your Brain’s
extended holiday – she’s willing to stay as long as you wish.
Here’s a few more OPTIONAL tips for your Brain’s extended holiday.
A. Skip all soft drinks, juices, candies & snack foods; they cost too much
and ruin your teeth.
B. Avoid processed foods; they’re too expensive and aren’t worth the
cost for you, your family or your health,
C. Experiment with natural foods; there’s a ton of great recipes out
there if you do the right searches – try searching online for “Quick
Easy Natural Food Recipes”.
Like any holiday, it’ll be over in a flash. And Mother Nature will give you the gift of a lifetime – you’ll likely weigh 10
pounds less and feel like a million bucks. My Brain stayed on holiday for the last 45 years AND ENJOYS EVERY MINUTE.

The Almighty created your wonderful body with a brain unequalled anywhere on the planet. Yet 18% of you
have chosen to ignore this vast wisdom and ability given to you by The Almighty. Incredibly the 18% will
