Chapter 7 THE REALITIES
TRANSITION TIME: 10 Days
This is probably the second most important page in the book after Dr. Selby’s REVELATION (Page: 20).
Most of you are hopeful but skeptical because you have tried various “weight loss” plans that failed. This skepticism is
what we address in this page. You see, Nature’s Healthy Way has worked consistently for millions of years. Dieting
Programs can’t say that. And remember, this is your new lifestyle, just like that of the 31% of folks you meet every day
who are not overweight/obese. They eat THE RIGHT FOOD at the right time and exercise and are healthy as a result.
Your 10 day Transition Time IS A MENTAL Thing. NOTHING ELSE. Certainly not a physical thing.
All the pages you just read list simple facts, so please realize it’s your BRAIN we must convince, not your body or
stomach. (Your body has pleaded for help from your BRAIN for years. It was this internal turmoil that was causing all
your pain and suffering.) Nature’s Healthy Way has NEVER FAILED – NOT ONCE IN OVER A MILLION YEARS.
Today is the day you take charge of your BRAIN. You’re going to give it a 10 day holiday THAT IT WILL LOVE. By relaxing
during this holiday, within 10 days, your BRAIN will realize how easy this really is – AND THAT’S FAST – VERY FAST. Also
take your family & friends along for this fabulous holiday at the same time – they will thank you for years to come.
Holidays are the HAPPY TIMES we all need, including your BRAIN. For your BRAIN to relax, get it away from the daily
grind of all restricting things. Here’s the 3 restricting things your BRAIN needs to stop in order to enjoy its glorious 10
day holiday. It doesn’t need to waste its time and effort dealing with Breakfasts, Lunches or Snacks. So reassure your
BRAIN that Mother Nature has everything in perfect control while your BRAIN relaxes for the first time in years.
Here’s a short list of the things your BRAIN should and shouldn’t do during
its wonderful 10 day holiday:
1. Don’t think about losing weight.
2. NEVER look at any weigh scale.
3. NEVER touch a dish or knife or fork in the morning – or afternoons –
have a cold glass of water or a coffee, take the family for a short
walk and enjoy yourself.
4. DO NOT DISCUSS WEIGHT LOSS WITH ANYONE – not even with your
best friend as that is very hard work for your BRAIN.
5. At Coffee Break Time HAVE A COFFEE or TEA (cream no sugar);
actually you can have seconds but skip everything else.
6. NOON – the most wonderful time of day – you and a friend go for a
walk – you’ll both enjoy it immensely.
7. EVENING – go somewhere – forget Home Deliveries, walk to the
store – the park is also a great place – don’t forget to take the dog.
8. BEDTIME – After all work and play has ended, reward your BRAIN
with whatever it wants for dinner and as much as it wants. NO
LIMITS NO EXCEPTIONS. Enjoy Yourself – You Earned It.
9. IMPORTANT If you cheat during this 10 day transition you add 2 days for each cheat – only your body will know..
