        For My New Habit To Form ?




        NOT LONG.






















        I had no intention of weight loss until I was shocked into the reality that I MAY have a problem by my two boys
        playing in my oversized pant legs.

        Then I tried to find a way that didn’t interfere with my existing habits.  OVEREATING.  So I began jogging.

        Shock number TWO:   Dr. Selby stopped me and said:  Jogging was going to give me a Heart Attack.

        The Good News: I could achieve my goal BY EATING EVERYTHING I LOVED, but just Once-A-Day AT BEDTIME.

        So, normally changing habits takes a while, but this solution was Too-Good-Too-Be-True – I did it Overnight.

                                 Also it didn’t cost anything, so I tried it.

        I didn’t cheat because I REALLY WANTED Nature’s Healthy Way  TO WORK.

        Because I didn’t “cheat”, I got great results immediately.  So, I kept going – seldom cheating. (I wasn’t perfect.)

        WEIGHT LOSS IS NOT A STRAIGHT LINE DOWN:  You go down in PLATEAUS – down 3-7 days – plateau 2-5 days.

        If your desire to become normal is great enough, as was mine, then within 2 to 3 weeks you’ll be well past the
        “Transition Heebie-Jeebies” and well on your way to success:  full excess weight loss – mine took 90 days.
        But, see your Doctor first.
