        2.  Because Dr. Selby said you only need one Meal-A-Day AT BEDTIME to live a healthy life. I’m 45 years’ proof.

        3.  Because if you eat 3 – 5 times all day long . . . GUARANTEED . . . . . you’ll cheat and eat everything else.

        4. Nature’s Healthy Way AT BEDTIME was standard for humans and most other omnivores for the last 400-
        million years – until sugar became popular 165 years ago (see Page: 100 – and  ✓✓ on Page: 141)

        5.  Because EXCESS ADDED sugar is a HIGHLY ADDICTIVE KILLER, particularly of children.  PROCESSED
        SUGAR is a Narcotic worse than all alcohol, tobacco, drugs, cocaine and heroin COMBINED.

        At home, on occasional weekends, my wife and I cook large batches of food we bought at discount, then
        portion-pack in small 4 & 8 oz. plastic containers, or freezer bags, then freeze and use as desired.  This sure
        cuts down on overeating, meal prep time, food wastage for two and our food costs.  It also improves the
        variety & quality of what we eat.  And we each can choose a different meal based on our Taste-Of-The-Day ☺
