        How Can We Stop It ?




        All we need is to recognize OBESITY’S #1, 2 & 3 PROBLEM – First.  SUGAR ADDICTION (not fat, salt or flour).

        Sugar is GOOD FOR YOU – IN MODERATION – Effective PORTION CONTROL Nature’s Healthy Way.

        YOU NEED SUGAR – just not too much at one time.  AT BEDTIME, have all you like.  Natural Sugar IS BEST.

        Dr. Selby was right:   EAT Nature’s Healthy Way AND YOU CAN ONLY EAT A SMALL AMOUNT OF SUGAR.

        I was one of the world’s worst offenders of “sugar” EXCESS . . . I ate it all day long IN EVERYTHING – I Loved it.

        I was morbidly obese because I LOVE SWEET SUGAR.     AND STILL DO.         LOTS OF IT . . . . . SO DO YOU.

        Nobody made me eat it – I ran to it every opportunity I got – ALL DAY LONG – TOO MUCH was killing me.

        If you and your Doctor can agree on THIS ONE POINT – EXCESS SUGAR IS POISONOUS TO YOUR HEALTH.

        Then, you and your children will have a chance.     And so will AMERICA . . . . . and then the World.

           STOP THE MASS KILLING FROM SUGAR OVERDOSE BECAUSE EXCESS SUGAR IS SIMPLY SWEET POISON.
