I guess I was lucky seeing my two boys playing IN MY PANT LEGS. That shock was so bad that eating Once-A-
Day AT BEDTIME was a breeze for me . . .
Dr. Mark Hyman says: “Eliminate (processed) sugar and artificial sweeteners and your cravings will
go away: Go cold turkey. You have to stop for your brain to reset. Eliminate processed/refined sugars,
