Chapter 7   THE REALITIES
                          THE PROBLEM: You Don’t Want To




        Over the last 45 years, virtually every one of the hundreds of people I spoke to about eating Nature’s Healthy
        Way fervently said they NEEDED 3-meals a day to stay healthy.  Yet here I am, 45 years later, after eating
        Nature’s Healthy Way all those years. I’m 80 years old, healthier than most 20-year-olds.  HALF of those
        20-year-olds were overweight to obese.  And too many health professionals were also overweight to obese ??

        Virtually every one of those people wanted to either lose weight or control their weight.  But not by eating less
        SUGAR the root cause of weight gain – OVEREATING, breakfasts, lunches and snacks THEY DON’T NEED.

          Every health official I’ve spoken to insists a “good” breakfast, and lunch are essential. Yet, now 80 years old,
          I’m in perfect health eating Nature’s Healthy Way for 45 years and they’re mostly overweight.
           These were all very intelligent people.    They were looking right at me.    THEY KNEW THE HYPOCRISY.


        The sheer power of Processed Sugar Addiction and misinformation from health and government officials along
        with your parents and grandparents is so staggering:  The Obvious Becomes The Oblivious.  The Solution is in
        front of you on every spread:  Eat what you like, as much as you like (within reason) Nature’s Healthy way.

        If your health is not that important to you, then, would you please consider your Children’s & Grandchildren’s
        Sugar Addiction from the #1 Narcotic they’ve all been taught to love:  SWEET PROCESSED SUGAR.

        When they get older they’ll have Hemorrhoids, Indigestion, Diabetes, Sleep Apnea and other awful things
        every day FOREVER.  And holidays will be scarce because of their $6,000 - $24,000 added food bill and the
        equivalent of three 50-pound bags of CEMENT you frighteningly strapped on them – IT’S ALL YOUR FAULT.


















        When you change your mind   Nature’s Healthy Way  – FOR 90 DAYS, here’s a suggestion.  When you cheat –
        and you will because it’s so sweet – remember St. Peter is watching . . . AND WAITING.  When you cheat,
        remember the Sleep Apnea, Hemorrhoids, Indigestion, Diabetes, as well as the holidays you’ll miss, and your
        $6,000 - $24,000 added food bill, PLUS the 50-pound bags of CEMENT you’ve strapped to yourself.   Also It’s a
        NARCOTIC that’s killing you. The More You Get – The More You NEED.


               THEN REMEMBER YOUR CHILDREN & GRANDCHILDREN ABOVE.
