Natural Foods Are Perfect Foods
Years ago (1950-1970), scientists discovered eggs had cholesterol; so in 1975 they strongly recommended
against eggs in the human diet. “Coincidently” at the same time, processed sugar was strongly promoted for
the human diet (see Chart below). However, we had been eating eggs as a staple for well over 4-million years.
Years later, they discovered there were two types of cholesterol, one good (HDL) and one bad (LDL) and that
eggs were rich in the HDL good stuff – so eggs came back on the good list IN MODERATION. Today scientists
class eggs as “The Perfect Food”. Be careful when somebody tells you any Natural Food is unhealthy.
Isn’t Nature’s Healthy Way wonderful ?
Look at all the great stuff we’ve been given
by Nature. WHY RUIN IT by stuffing it in a
box, bottle or can ?
And charging an extra 81% (according to the
USDA) for the box you throw out, the
advertising cost you can’t eat (or afford) the
added chemicals to preserve the food and
