                                                                   Obesity And DIETS




        As the obesity rate in America continues to climb out of control, one thing becomes abundantly clear:

        “DIETS” are not the solution to the Obesity Pandemic.  All Diets require some form of food restriction/calorie
        restriction, but you still are encouraged to do the “Three-Meal-A-Day” thing . . . simply because your great-
        great-grandparents did it.  Three-Meals-A-Day inevitably leads to cheating (eating more than the “diet”
        required) because we love sugar.  Long-term “Dieting” success needs “Discipline” which very few of us have.

        The ONLY thing that ever worked FOREVER is Nature’s Healthy Way and that’s not a diet.  That’s the way
        Nature Created us for the most energy/food & health efficiency.   THAT’S A FACT.

        Because your body needs energy to digest ANY food you eat: eating anything during the day slows you down.
        ANY “Diet” that has you eating anything BEFORE BEDTIME is simply ignoring this basic fact of life: That’s Not
        How The Almighty Designed You FOR GOOD REASON: You Need To Digest The Food You Just Ate.
        Therefore ALL such “Diets” have repeatedly failed and will continue to repeatedly fail.  BEDTIME means when
        you’re ready to go to sleep – not several hours earlier.  Food is the world’s best sedative, far better than any
        sleeping pill.  100% guaranteed by NATURE.  Neither you nor anyone else on this planet can change that fact.

           FAD “DIETS” WORK FOR A FEW DISCIPLINED PEOPLE WHO DON’T NEED SLEEP


             BUT THAT’S NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE TO EVEN SLOW DOWN THIS PANDEMIC.
