If they can stick it in a can, box or jar (or anything else) they WILL add sugar (or sweeteners) along with all
sorts of interesting chemicals for all sorts of reasons. Ever look at the unreadable list of ingredients ?
We’re not saying never to buy this stuff – just give Natural Foods your first choice FOR DINNER. Forget Lunch.
And by the way – THERE IS NOTHING NATURAL ABOUT FRUIT JUICE – it’s HIGHLY concentrated sugar water.
IF YOU’RE A DIABETIC, I can personally tell you my
Insulin requirement RISES SUBSTANTIALLY
whenever I eat ANY processed canned foods,
cereals, beans, jams, jellies (this list is endless). So
if you’re a diabetic eat Natural Foods ONLY.
A little Common Sense about food goes a long
way toward defeating obesity, particularly in
children – who are the future of America. The
