        The “BIG” Difference




        I have no idea about anybody else (but I do read a lot; and my experience seems to be quite common).
        As I lost weight, my “libido” returned just as quickly as my various pains and depression disappeared.

        Now, here I am, 45 years later – with a second marriage now of 30 years.  Becoming “skinny” again allowed
        me a restart – PAIN FREE. Life without constant pains allowed me to enjoy the companionship of other people.
        We both eat Once-A-Day, JUST BEFORE BEDTIME, walk every day TOGETHER (snow, rain or shine) – and we’re
        both “skinny” people – and YES, I’m 80, she’s 70 and believe it or not, our ROMANTIC LIFE today would put
        newly-weds to shame.  But that’s another book – so use your imagination.

        Life Is GREAT at 80 for “Skinny” people – but HEY, you gotta live that long.





















        The chart below is an excerpt from an Economist.com chart.  IF YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT, on average, you
        will live a HEALTHY LIFE to 65 (male) to 69 (female)  THEN an additional 12 - 15 years with PROGRESSIVELY
        POORER HEALTH. Thanks to Dr. Selby, overweight (as I was) OR NOT you can change that forever Nature’s

        current Doctor says: “You are good for at least another 10 years” (red arrow) and I’m one of the healthiest
