        Unfortunately, an obese person must be careful when attempting to lose weight.  Particularly morbidly obese.

        They need to eat less than their Obese Metabolic Active Rate (OMAR) to lose weight,

        But not less than their OMAR Weight Loss Calculator to maintain a healthy rate of weight loss.
        Eating Once-A-Day AT BEDTIME provides easy maintenance of this balance FOR ADULTS (NOT Children).

        Such a program REQUIRES medical supervision.

        If you are overweight BUT NOT OBESE (see chart PAGE: 18) then skip OMAR and eat as “LITTLE” as you like
        ONCE-A-DAY AT BEDTIME.       Conversely – never go below your “LOW-Normal” weight PAGE: 135.
