Chapter 4 Chapter 3 MYTHS • FALLACIES & MISCONCEPTIONS
                           Obfuscation: The Biggest Problem

obfuscate: to confuse, bewilder, or stupefy, to make obscure or unclear, to mislead: to obfuscate a problem
with extraneous information. OBFUSCATE is another word for EXCUSES: you know it’s killing you but you love it
so much you make excuses to confuse others to the truth so you can continue dying in pain unimpeded.

OBFUSCATION #1: OH, I eat just a little bit at breakfast and hardly anything at lunch or supper.

OBFUSCATION #2: All my family has it; it’s hereditary.
        OBFUSCATION #3: It’s my thyroid / It’s a hernia / It’s my metabolism.

OBFUSCATION #4: I have larger bones than others.
OBFUSCATION #5: I can’t do anything about it; I was born this way.

OBFUSCATION #6: I’M PERFECTLY HEALTHY and my Doctor says so. I’m a bit overweight but that’s OK.

OBFUSCATION #7: It’s how I look inside that counts. (see Chapter, 6 page 78 – then ask your Doctor)

OBFUSCATION #8: My Heart condition has nothing to do with my weight. (please see page 90).

OBFUSCATION #9: I NEED my breakfast & lunch for energy. (This List Is ENDLESS. Today I hear it all the time.)
