        The False Sense Of Needing Food




                           THE REASON WE’RE DEPRESSED IS:



                    BECAUSE WE OVEREAT PROCESSED SUGAR























        Nobody ever explained this to me before, so I always thought:  because I felt hungry, I needed more food.  So I
        ate more and became obese WITH MORE DEPRESSION, PAIN & SUFFERING.

        We overeat BECAUSE we like (need) the sweet taste of SUGAR.  But EXCESS PROCESSED SUGAR is a narcotic:
        The More You Get – The More You NEED – causing endless pain, depression, despair & growing disease.

        OMG; BREAKFAST, LUNCH & SNACKS ARE OUT BECAUSE THEY ARE POISONING US WITH EXCESS SUGAR.

        So eating what I thought I needed – WAS WRONG – SUPER WRONG – BUT I DIDN’T KNOW IT.


                                   BUT NOW YOU KNOW IT:


           Reverse Overeating With Nature’s Healthy Way


                      And You Reverse Your Hunger Pangs.



          This explains why I’m NOT HUNGRY all the next day . . . Even at dinner time next day, so I don’t overeat then.

            AFTER DINNER I’m tired – so I sleep well . . . and I’m NOT tired or hungry during the next day  (PAGE: 21)
