AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Section 1: The objectives are:
A. To create an environment for children to grow and develop
B. To provide children with constructive educational, cultural, civic,
recreational, health and social programs

Section 2: The aims are:
A. To assist mothers in learning about their children through careful study
B. To seek to provide advantages to all children for growth and development
C. To support the national legislation aimed at improving the conditions for
all children
