HOW?

Introduction (5 minutes)

Teacher activities

The teacher will commence the lesson by introducing an activity that requires learners to unscramble
words to form a full word. This activity will stimulate the learner’s brains so that they can engage and be

curious about the lesson. The teacher will use some of the words that will form part of the lesson so that
learners can question the content at hand and the teacher will take advantage of this as learners might

start early to ask questions.

Unscramble activity:

1. Comprehension

2. Reading writing
3. Analyzing

4. Moral
5. Relationship

The above words will be used in the activity to invite the learners into the lesson and to stimulate their

brains.

Learners activities

Learners must pay attention to the instructions of the learners and follow up. They must take part in the

introductory activity. Learners will be assessed on their prior knowledge and how they will be doing the

activity.

Lesson integration (30 minutes)

Teacher activities

The teacher will first distribute the text for the learners to have the copy of their own. This will make it easy
for them when engaging in the lesson as they will have the material to refer to. It will also help them when

reading. Everyone in class must have a copy as this will allow maximum participation of the learners and

how their reading skills will be.
