Learner activities
Learners will have to identify the person displayed to them. They will also have to share what they know
about him. They will have to take notes when the teacher gives them all the information about the person
being displayed to them. Learners will also be allowed to share to the class once aware about the topic of
the lesson. The teacher will give them an extensive introduction and the importance of communication
using a Gmail.

Teacher activities
The teacher will ask the learners about the most effective ways to communicate. He will then tell the
learners about the ways we can communicate. He will select Gmail out of all of them or E-mail. The teacher
will talk to the class about setting up an E-mail account. The teacher will tell the learners how they can set
up one and how it can be used. He will give learners the opportunity to share the type of E-mail addresses
that they have and how they managed to set them up.
Some of the things to discuss are:

3. Forward
4. delete

Learner will take notes from the board and the teacher. They will be given an opportunity to share their
knowledge about E-mail. Learners will share also how they can set up an e-mail account. They will also
share the effectiveness of the E-mail compared to other tools of communication. The learners will also
learn the importance of creating an e-mail and how it can benefit them as learners. They will also learn
about the advantages and how it can be used in other ways.

The teacher will sum up the lesson by defining Email and informing the learners about the importance of
it.
Learners will be given a chance to share their thoughts and what they remember about the lesson.
Learners will receive an activity.
