                                                          Use leftover pesto to dress

        Ingedients Pesto:      Ingedients Egg Salad:
        •  1 bunch basil       •   3 hard boiled egg whites cut
        •  4 tablespoons olive oil  into bite-size pieces
        •  1 tablespoon water  •  1 ounce diced celery
        •  3 tablespoons pine nuts  •  1 ounce diced white onion
        •  4 large cloves garlic  •  1 ounce diced tomato
        •  Juice from 2 large lemons

        Preparation:                                        THE BALANCE?
        1.   Combine all pesto ingredients in a food process and
          pulse until creamy.                               To balance the meal,
