                                                                                  highly fragmented experiential
                                                                                  travel industry. In India, booking
                                                                                  flights and hotels is a seamless
                                                                                  experience with companies like
                                                                                  Make My Trip, OYO etc. However,
                                                                                  we need to realise that India is
                                                                                  going to become the youngest
                                                                                  country in the world by 2021
                                                                                  with 65% of our population being
                                                                                  millennials who in today’s day
                                                                                  and age have an ever increasing
                                                                                  disposable income. Millennials
                                                                                  have very different spending
                                                                                  habits and are more keen on
                                                                                  spending their money on things
                                                                                  like entertainment and travel
                                                                                  instead of savings. Millennials
                                                                                  prefer travelling to offbeat and new
                                                                                  destinations where they can share
                                                                                  more about their travel on social
                                                                                  media instead of the same old
                                                                                  vanilla travel plans and mainstream
                                                                                  locations. We realised that the
                                                                                  biggest problems that existed in
                                                                                  this space were that of ‘Discovery,
                                                                                  Trust and Experience’. This
                                                                                  fragmented industry is crowded
                                                                                  where majority market share is
                                                                                  lying with local operators and
                                                                                  touts. This leads to the consumer
                                                                                  often being cheated by paying
                                                                                  a higher price or not getting the
                                                                                  experience they had hoped for.
                                                                                  Hence, we launched Deyor Camps,
                                                                                  an online brand where a customer
                                                                                  could explore tour options both
                                                                                  domestic and international, book
                                                                                  directly and be able to rate and
                                                                                  review and see other reviews which
                                                                                  builds trust for them and fellow
                                                                                  travellers.

                                                                                  This is our third year of operation.
                                                                                  The first year was about building
                                                                                  up the experiences and the
                                                                                  standard operating procedures; the
                                                                                  second year for us was to build
                                                                                  up brand visibility to start getting
