Sample answer:
I check the directory or ask for the following information from telephone operators. As a last re-
sort, I also check the company website and pamphlets because they usually present the num-
ber and other contact details of the company.
2. How do you keep track of all the contact information of your clients?
Sample answer:
I keep all contact information in a small notebook, which I carry around. I also save all these
numbers in my mobile phone and palmtop.
3. Have you ever lost a list of all the contact information of important clients
and companies? How did you get the contact information again?
Sample answer:
Yes, I once lost a phone that contained all the contact information of my clients, family, and
friends. It was indeed a traumatic experience. I had to recover all the numbers I lost by calling
