2. You want to contact a client, but you think you have a wrong number. Ask
an operator to check if you indeed have a wrong number. If it is confirmed
wrong information, ask for the following from the operator.

a. company address
b. correct company telephone number

Sample answer:
Hello! I have been contacting this number for Modern Specs Inc. in Ho shan. However, the per-
son who answered said that I got the wrong number. I don’t know if this is possible because I
have re-checked this number several times when I got it from a colleague. Please check if the
