The Status of Ratchaburi
The status of Ratchaburi’s populations in understanding of digital literacy is in
intermediate understanding, which contained skills and ability for communicating with
other people by using digital media and ability to behave in digital society correctly and
properly. Although, it would be better if Ratchaburi’s populations develop digital literacy
related to digital usage safety, knowledge in digital laws, regulations, and enforcements. In
media and information literacy, the populations have intermediate understanding—
including ability to search media and information from different sources by utilizing digital
equipment. Therefore, it would be better if the citizens are more active in creating, valuing,
and monitoring media.
