The Status of Rayong
The status of Rayong’s populations in understanding of digital literacy is in basic
understanding, which contained skills and ability to communicate, practice, and behave in
digital society correctly and properly. Although, it would be better if the populations
develop digital literacy related to knowledge in digital accessibility, digital usage, and digital
laws, regulations, and enforcements. In media and information literacy, the populations
have intermediate understanding—including ability to access, search, and evaluate media
and information by using digital equipment. Therefore, it would be better if the citizens
raise awareness in creating, understanding, and monitoring media.
