The Status of Nakhon Ratchasima
The status of Nakhon Ratchasima’s populations in understanding of digital literacy
is in basic understanding, which contained skills and ability to behave in digital society
correctly and properly. Although, it would be better if Nakhon Ratchasima’s populations
develop digital literacy related to knowledge in digital rights and responsibilities, digital
laws, regulations, and enforcements, along with digital usage safety, and accessibility in
digital media and communicating with other people by using digital media. In media and
information literacy, the populations have intermediate understanding—including ability
to search media and information from different sources by using digital equipment.
Therefore, it would be better if the citizens raise awareness in creating, valuing, and
monitoring media.
