The Status of Khon Kaen
The status of Khon Kaen’s populations in understanding of digital literacy is in basic
understanding, which contained skills and ability to behave in digital society correctly and
properly. However, it is crucial to develop knowledge in digital laws, regulations, and
enforcements, along with digital usage safety. Moreover, it would be better if Khon Kaen’s
populations develop digital literacy related to accessibility in digital media and
communicating with other people by using digital media. In media and information literacy,
the populations have basic understanding—including ability to understand and search
media and information sources by using digital equipment. Therefore, it would be better
if the citizens raise awareness in creating and monitoring media.
