The Status of Phuket
The status of Phuket’s populations in understanding of digital literacy is in basic
understanding, which should be developed digital literacy in every field, which are digital
rights and responsibility, digital access, digital communication, digital usage safety, digital
media and information literacy, digital behave, digital health, digital commerce, and digital
laws, regulations, and enforcements. In media and information literacy, the populations
have basic understanding—including ability to access and search media and information
by using digital equipment. Therefore, it would be better if the citizens raise awareness in
analyzing, evaluating, and creating media.
