The Status of Chonburi

The status of Chonburi’s populations in understanding of digital literacy is in
intermediate understanding, which contained skills and ability to behave in digital society
correctly and properly. Although, it would be better if the populations develop digital
literacy related to knowledge in digital rights and responsibilities, digital laws, regulations,

and enforcements, along with digital commerce. In media and information literacy, the
populations have intermediate understanding—including ability to search, create, and
evaluate media and information by using digital equipment. Therefore, it would be better
if the citizens raise awareness in valuing media.
