If the spare tire is not a full-size tire, the spare tire should not be used for a long time. Due to low frequency of
use and less friction with the ground, the size of spare tire is smaller than normal tire, with different flatness
ratio, width and diameter. Thus when the spare tire is installed, the different friction coefficient of tire, different EG
ground adhesion and different tire pressure have a certain impact on the brake system, steering system and
suspension system of the vehicle with long term use., which brings hidden danger to traffic safety, and causes TR
uneven friction to other tires in the same direction and other bad effects.

1. Remove the spare tire
a. Park the car on a stable ground surface and enable

parking brake.

b. Remove the fixing nut of spare tire.

c. Use a wrench to rotate the spare tire carrier rocker BW
shaft and lower the spare tire of wheel.

d. Tilt the pallet so that it can be removed from the center
hole of the spare wheel hub.

2. Remove the spare tire mounting mechanism
a. Remove the fixing cotter pin of rocker shaft of spare
tire carrier.

b. Remove the pin.
