1. Remove the front door assembly
a. Remove the front door inner guard. (refer to Chapter BW body- interior & exterior trim –door inner guard DI
plate, replacement)
b. Remove the door speaker. (refer to Chapter EL electric system- electrical elements–audio system- speaker, EG
replacement)

c. Remove the door speaker connector wiring harness. TR

d. Remove the front door stopper mounting bolts on the
BR
body.

e. Remove the upper and lower hinge mounting bolts of the
front door and remove the front door assembly.

Caution
The door assembly is heavy, and an assist is
required when removing the hinge mounting bolts.

2. Inspect the front door for cracks, damage, deformation and etc.; if any, replace the front door.
