Front door lock
Adjustment
Caution

The door lock adjustment process is the lock adjustment gasket selection process, A gasket with the
appropriate thickness should be selected. It is recommended to choose one gasket; if the conditions are
not allowed, the gaskets may be added, but there should be no more than 3 added gaskets.

1. Remove the door lock catch mounting screw

2. Remove the lock catch and the adjusting gasket
Caution
If the the lock catch is deformed, it should be corrected
or replaced if necessary.

3. Replace the gasket with one with the appropriate
thickness or add or reduce the gaskets

4. Install the door lock catch, and install and tighten the mounting screw
Torque: 23~27N•m

5. Operate the door and inspect whether the adjustment gasket is appropriate
