Electrical system –circuit                          EL - 211

              System description:                                                                                 IN

              The  battery  current  flows  from  the  fuse  F\L5  in  the  vehicle  frame  fuse  box,  through  the  fuse  F29  in  the
              instrument panel fuse box to the pin 2 of the combination instrument B014 pin, to provide power supply for   DI
              the combination instrument.

              The ignition switch is at ON/ST position, and the current flows through the fuse F12 in the instrument panel

              fuse box to the pin 10 of the combination instrument B014 to provide power supply for the IG1 .

              Fuel level low indicator

              The warning signal of fuel low level is output from the pin 3 of the fuel sensor F031 pin to the pin 22 of the

              combination  instrument  B014,  the  pin  2  of  the  fuel  level  sensor  F031  is  internally  earthed  by  connecting

              it with the pin 9 of the combination instrument B014, so that the fuel level can be detected.

              Fuel water separation alarming lamp

              The monitor signal is input from the terminal 47 of the plug & socket connector A001 of the engine ECU, and
              is internally earthed via the terminal 474 of the plug & socket connector A001 of the ECU to determine if
              the water level inside the oil–water separator is higher than the design value. At the same time, the signal is   ST
              sent via CAN to the combination instrument.
              Charging failure indicator                                                                          BR
              The current is output from the pin 6 of the combination instrument B014 pin 6 to the pin of the generator F030
              pin 1, to determine if the generator is at proper working condition.

              Safety belt indicator

              The current is output from the pin 13 of the combination instrument B015 to the pin 1 of the seat belt warning

              switch G003 and is earthed at pin 2, to determine if the driver has fixed the seat belt..

              Indictor lamp of driver cab tilt unlocked

              The  current  is  output  from  the  pin  21  of  the  combination  instrument  B014  to  the  pin  1  of  the  driver  cab

              unlocked switch G006 pin 1 and is earthed at the pin 2, to determine if the tilting mechanism of the driver cab

              has been fixed.

              Brake warning indicating lamp

              The current is  output from  the  pin 17 of the combination instrument B015 to the  pin 1 of the  hand brake
              switch B075 and is earthed at the pin 2, to determine if the hand brake has been engaged.

              ABS failure alarming indicator
              The ABS system failure warning signal is output from the terminal 15 of the plug & socket connector B063 of
              the ABS ECU, and through hard wires to the pin 2 of the combination instrument B015 pin 2, to determine if
              there is any failures about the ABS system.
              Exhaust braking indicator
              The handle of the windshield wiper combination switch is put into the exhaust brake switch position, under
              the  control  of  the  engine  ECU  module  F099,  the  relay  R11  coil  of  the  exhaust  brake  is  powered  up.  The

              battery  current  flows  through  the  contacts  of  the  exhaust  brake  relay  R11  to  pin  1  of  the  exhaust  brake

              solenoid  valve F023 and the brake solenoid  valve is activated. At the same time, the engine ECU  module

              controls the exhaust brake indicating lamp to work normally on via the CAN communication wires.

              Air filter alarming lamp for blocking

              The  current  is  output  from  the  pin  19  of  the  combination  instrument  B014  to  the  pin  1  of  the  air  filter

              block warning switch F025 pin 1, and is earthed at pin 2 to determine if the air filter is blocked.
